So your home finally works.

1. Services

HomeWorks by Sofie provides home organization and functional system design services, tailored to each client’s space, needs, and routines.

Services may include assessment, planning, organizing sessions, and follow-up support.

2. Booking & Payment

Services are booked in advance.
Payment terms are agreed upon before the start of the project and confirmed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
  • Sessions may require a deposit to secure the booking

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged, depending on the circumstances and time reserved.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide access to the space at the scheduled time
  • Be available for key decisions when needed
  • Communicate preferences, constraints, and priorities clearly

The process is collaborative. Final decisions always remain with the client.

5. Scope of Work

Each project is defined based on initial discussions and may evolve as we work together.

Any significant changes in scope will be discussed and agreed upon before continuing.

6. Liability

HomeWorks by Sofie takes care when handling belongings and working within the client’s space.

However, the client remains responsible for:

  • The final decision to keep, move, or remove items
  • The condition of items prior to the service

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law.
